Priority Inbox Feature on GMail

GMail Priority InboxPriority Mail has arrived on GMail!  Well, not exactly that but somewhat close.  I’m sure the big G does not want to get into some trademark infringement but Google calls it Priority Inbox on GMail.

I was checking my mail on GMail this morning and I saw a link on the top left about Priority Inbox. It’s a new feature on GMail where you could tag mails from senders that you would deem important.

When enabled initially, it will provide you with a particular list of emails from senders that it has deemed important to you based on your email storage.  After that you can flag email that you deem important from the toolbar.

The Priority Inbox shows up on the left sidebar just before your regular Inbox.  It will also show starred mails on the second group.  The third segment shows the rest of your emails.

I’m just not sure when it will be featured on Google Apps.
